Every Saturday and Sunday through October 31st the staff at Castle Rock State Park will be taking folks like you on hikes through the impressive forest that is this park. They begin at 11:00 and last an hour, the hike is just over a mile and filled with lots of interesting things.
It's a fundraiser for a worthy organization that helps kids through the medium of working with horses. Emotional troubles and worldly concerns fade away for these kids while working with the animals.
