Story of Lily Satow

Presented by Asilomar as part of their Women’s History Month events, this was so popular that they brought it back. Presented by Chrissy Yee Lau from her work on the Asian Women who have had profound effects in their communities. Dr. Yee Lau is a professor at CSUMB and presents the story of Ms. Satow who , after attending the YWCA conference at Asilomar went to Los Angeles and through her work with the YWCA there was able to make important changes in the Japanese community.
