Open House @ The First Mayor’s House

On the first Saturday of each month the docents open up the First Mayor’s House from 10-3. It features items from the daily life of the people who started civic life in Salinas City, as it was called. The docents are friendly and knowledgeable about the lives of the people who lived there. While there you might visit some of the nearby sites of interest, the Railroad Museum and the Regional Heritage Center. More information is at http://www.firstmayorshouse.org
