King Tides @ Asilomar

Those impressive and destructive king tides are starting to wane and wouldn’t you like to know what causes them and what their long term impact might be? For several days the staff and docents at Asilomar State Park will be taking people on tours and explaining the many things that create these tides. From February 7th through the 10th starting at 2:30 until 5:00. The last day (10th) there will be a naturalist talking about the effect on the flora and fauna of the coast.
