Every Sunday afternoon through July and August the City of Seaside sponsors a blues concert in Laguna Grande Park. Great music, usually good weather, and enthusiastic listeners make for a relaxing, fun afternoon.  This week the bands are Stu Heydon and Black Cat Zydeco. Monterey Institute for Research in Astronomy (MIRA) is letting the public in to check out their big telescope on Chew's Ridge. Lots of cool stuff to see up there.
