Many high schoolers have a poetic soul and this is their opportunity to express it "out loud".  This is their first step to the state-wide competition. Bet you there will be some great stuff read out.

Carmel's historic Tor House, handbuilt mostly by the poet, Robinson Jeffers will be open for docent guided tours on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 until 3 through the month of February. Call for reservations, they are highly recommended.
