The State Historic Park is giving tours of Old Monterey, the historic part of California's first capitol. Three times daily (except Mondays) 10:30, 12:30, 2:00. These knowledgeable folks will give you the colorful history of the area, Californios, Bandidos, Fandangos, and the American Invasion (sort of).
