• Carmel By-the-Sea Birthday & Halloween Parade

    Since the founding of the city dates to Halloween, that's when the celebration happens. (Never ask the lady that is Carmel what year the year of her birth was.) There is a big parade which includes adults, children, animals, and more. Starts at 4:00 and there is a movie, "Hocus Pocus", afterward.
