Women’s History Celebration

Julia Morgan is the featured woman in this year’s celebration and they are spending the day looking at and talking about her work at Asilomar. She was the architect of the compound as well as the architect for Hearst’s San Simeon estate. There will be rides in 1910 era autos and tours of the buildings. Later there will be presentations about Ms. Morgan herself. More info is at http://www.parks.ca.gov
