It’s the Hitchcock film not the affliction. The State Park at San Juan Bautista, site of some of the famous scenes in the movie, hosts a screening and guided tour of the mission and other significant buildings associated with the film. The tour starts at 3:30 at the Plaza Hotel, one of the State Park buildings, and the movie screening is at 8:00 that evening. More info can be had at https://www.parks.ca.gov/Events
