You have heard of the Soapbox Derby? This is a potato with wheels and decorations in a race with other similar spuds. Chances are they already have potatoes but you may want to bring a more streamlined one of your own. It is a competition, after all. It happens at the Main Library in Watsonville the address is 1 2nd St.
