Get into Your Sanctuary

Many don’t know that the water around the Monterey Bay is a Marine Sanctuary. In order to help you get to know our world a little better they are sponsoring an event, Get Into Your Sanctuary. Lots of ways to participate, but a couple fun ones are; kayaking with some knowledgeable people, or helping with a beach cleanup. The trips on the water will be happening from 9:00 through 4:00 and the cleanup will be at 1:00. Open to all check the website for more events. http://montereybay.NOAA.gov/getinvolved
