The holidays have passed, mostly, and the markets are re-opening with the freshest produce. yes, the selection isn’t the same as in the summer and fall but the stalls are full and the people are helpful. Maybe it’s time to try something new, like an unusual vegetable. There is the temptation of some of the delicious prepared foods and the vendors with the goods they have made.
