Epilepsy Stroll

Some of us run, some drive, some pour ice on their heads, and all of us do it for charity. In this case it’s a lot easier. Just come to Lake El Estero and walk around it a few times. But first register with the folks at the nearby YMCA. It’s all for epilepsy research and help. It’s estimated that 16,000 people in Monterey County live with this and wouldn’t it be nice to figure out how to help them in a profound manner? You can be part of the solution and it’s as easy as a walk in the park.
