Carmel BTS Sandcastle Contest

This is what you’ve been waiting for! It’s the sandcastle contest on the beach at Carmel. Yes, it real and people come from all around to participate and view the creations. It may not be the ultimate in temporary art but it’s a great example of the transitoriness of this world. But let’s not get too philosophical. It is really just about fun and self-expression. Maybe a metaphor for what Carmel was once. (There I go again.) There are no details, just go to the beach sometime on the 16 of September and look around.  (Or maybe the next day if the tide is feeling generous.)
