Carmel Art Festival

For ten days the city of Carmel By The Sea is bringing creative people to town and unleashing them on the area. There will be painters creating beautiful plein air paintings, sculptors creating in the Park, and artists painting as you watch.  Lots of activities of a creative nature for all ages.
