Carmel 102nd Parade,Birthday Party, and Street Dance

That’s a lot of title for a street Party that coincides with Halloween. But for good reason, Carmel has a lot to celebrate this day. It’s their Birthday! After its incorporation on Halloween, 1916, Carmel started partying. Some say they haven’t actually stopped. (Except for Zoning Commission meetings.) It all happens on Ocean Ave.; near Mission is a good place to begin.
