Big Read (Crash)

This is a series of activities and art exhibits, showings, and activities around the reading of a single book by the people of Monterey County.  This year’s selection is “Citizen” a collection of poetry presented in an innovative way. It deals with the realities of being a member of a community of color in modern America. This presentation of the award winning movie “Crash” that dealt with racial tensions in Los Angeles.
