As part of the annual Halloween Parade the City of Carmel is bringing in the Batman and his vehicle. In addition, there will be potential criminal activity by his nemesis, The Joker. Along with himself the Joker brings many other arch-villains, Harley Quinn and many others. Lots of fun and frolic to happen on Ocean Ave. http://BatMo.org
