Art Battle Monterey

The title may be confusing. Several artists,using only acrylic paints and some non-mechanical implements, paint for twenty minutes and then the audience votes on the best creation. After that the audience bids in a silent auction for the recently created (dry?) pieces of art. Sounds very interesting.  http://daliexpo.com
