74th Obon Festival

Monterey Peninsula Buddhist Temple in Seaside is back and celebrating its first Obon since 2019. They will be dancing, of course, of the bon odori. and you are invited to participate. But there will also be a lot of Japanese culture in the form of food, music, dance, and crafts. It is guaranteed that the mood will be celebratory. It’s been a while and Obon is all about memory and enjoyment.
