Pumpkin Rolling Contest

On the main drag of Carmel By The Sea, Ocean Ave., there will be people rolling pumpkins; they won’t be driving exotic cars. Because it is the pumpkin rolling contest. For two hours, 1:00 to 3;00 any wayward shoppers will be further distracted by the rolling of squash down the hill that is Ocean Ave. Only for a couple blocks though, between Santa Rita and Junipero Streets. You too can give it a try.
