No, the Mexican state has not moved northward. It’s a celebration of the Sister City of our local burg, Seaside.  There will be many of the indigenous dances, music, foods, and cultural artifacts to see and enjoy. They have been at this for five years now and you can benefit from their experience by coming by and enjoying some really southern hospitality.
