It’s becoming a Carmel tradition. Dress your hound in a costume and parade it in front of hundreds of other dog fans. There are lots of interesting awards for costumes. But you don’t HAVE to bring a beast to enjoy yourself. Luckily dogs are most accepting. It happens at 11:00 until 2:00 at the Outdoor Forest Theater in Carmel, of course.
