“Ghost” Ride and Costume Party

Monterey Touring Vehicles (MTV) is sponsoring a unique Halloween party. the participants gather at Earthbound Farms and drive through Carmel Valley to the “Grade” and then over to Laguna Seca to take a few laps at the raceway and then back to the MTV location for the costume party and prizes.
