Big Sur Volunteer Fire Department has its annual fundraising event at Pfeiffer State Park with lots of fun firefighter related activities and a swearing in of this year’s group  of new firefighters. Obviously, there is a barbeque and lots of other fun things to do. If nothing else it is a good excuse to get down to Big Sur and see what’s up down there since the slides.
