DESCRIPTION:For 17 years the City of Sand (Sand City) has hosted a celebration of local art and artists.  You can see all types of art\, visual\, musical\, performing\, and almost anything you can think of. Over the three days there will be many of the more interesting residents of the area will be there exhibiting or visiting. Friday evening (7 to 11)will be a fundraiser event but Saturday and Sunday are free. http://westendcelebration.com
