Yes\, sometimes they are problems like breaking sidewalks etc. but on the CSUMB campus there is so much available space and so few sidewalks and streets. Chances are it will be fun also. They plan to plant 2\,030 trees by April 20th.  You can be a part of this effort.

DESCRIPTION:In case you forgot or never knew\, the Western Flyer is a fishing boat made famous (sort of) by John Steinbeck and Ed Ricketts. They took the boat south into the Sea of Cortez and wrote a book and epic poem about the trip. After that the boat slipped into obscurity and its condition suffered. Now through the efforts of many craftspeople and fundraisers it is coming back. Learn about the process and the boat’s future from the people who have worked so long.
