Just in case you thought that Monterey was too sophisticated for the sort of thing done in Salinas, here we are. The fact is that they have been doing this for 20 years. So come down and see how they “cowboy up” in Monterey. It’s a day filled with entertainment on the stages of the fairground, just like the other music fests done at the fairgrounds.
